Pracownik naukowy Politechniki Łódzkiej (Wydział Inżynierii Procesowej i Ochrony Środowiska), jeden z najlepszych polskich himalaistów, instruktor alpinizmu /do niedawna redaktor naczelny górskiego magazynu “n.p.m.”/.
